Delete Your GolfGo Account

GolfGo users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

Data that will be deleted

After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your GolfGo account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Name and email address
• Profile picture
• Golf event participation records
• Scoring and activity data associated with your account
• Push notification tokens and app-related identifiers associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or record-keeping purposes.

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.

In-app deletion

Where available, users may also request account deletion through the Delete Account option within the GolfGo app.
